Morning starts with the warm scent of bread pulled fresh from the oven in our in-house bakery. In our breakfast room, you’ll find croissants, pain au chocolate, cakes, and seasonal desserts. An à la carte menu complements the buffet: choose from eggs benedict, sweet or savory crêpes, waffles, a vegan tofu scramble, and more. For a healthy option, there’s fresh fruits and muesli, as well as juices pressed from seasonal produce.

Our Inhouse Bakery

Take a quiet moment before the day begins. Choose a table in our bright breakfast room or step into our garden, where tall grass and lush trees frame walkways between seating areas. Plan your day with an espresso or linger over a cappuccino and a plate of eggs benedict.

Early risers will find croissants and coffee ready at 6:30, while those who prefer a slower start can enjoy breakfast anytime until 11:30.

The healthy corner

For those who prefer a lighter start, we offer a careful selection of breakfast foods chosen for their nutritional value. Our wellness corner offers fresh juices, smoothies, and seasonal fruit. Mix your own muesli and add your choice of yogurt and seeds.
