The new aperitivo bar
EVA’s takes its name from Eva Jiřičná CBE, the Czech-born architect whose vision shaped Hotel Josef in 2002. Her mastery of industrial materials and minimalist lines gave the hotel — and now the bar — its distinct identity.
Aperitivo rests on one simple idea: sharing. There’s no set menu — just a family dish, pure flavors, and the pleasure of good company paired with wine and coffee.
From dusk till dawn
Plan your day over an espresso and a warm croissant. Take a breather between meetings or seeing the sights by grabbing a quick bite. Have a drink before dinner or lounge with a cocktail in the evening, either at the bar or in the garden. EVA’s has something for every moment of your stay.
The quick morning breakfast From 7:00
Try Eva’s for a fast start to your day. Croissants and other light bites are available from 7:00. Sit by the window with a quick espresso before stepping through the door into Prague’s busy downtown.
Your away-from-office office During the daytime
Plush leather seating with low tables just a few steps from the bar offer the ideal travelling office — order drinks or snacks from EVA’s in between sending emails or taking calls, or have a sidebar during a conference downstairs.
