The facade blends in with its historical surroundings, but the similarity ends when you step through the door: the minimalist interiors have a modern, industrial aesthetic. Renovations in our lobby, rooms and garden have continued to adapt the space for our guests’ needs. 

Josef is on a quiet street near the downtown Josefov neighborhood, just a few steps from Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, the luxury shopping boulevard of Pařížská, and the lively bars and restaurants of Dlouhá Street. All of Prague’s iconic sights are within walking distance.

One morning won't be nearly enough 

Wake up to the scent of freshly baked bread from our in-house bakery. In the breakfast room, help yourself to croissants, cakes, and more, still warm from the oven. An à la carte menu complements the buffet: choose from eggs benedict, sweet or savory crêpes, waffles, a vegan tofu scramble, and more. For a lighter start our wellness corner offers fresh juices and muesli mixed your way.

Breakfast starts at 6:30 and goes until 11:30, so early risers and late brunchers can start their day exactly how they want to.

Book directly and choose your welcome gift: sweets, flowers or a bottle of frizzante. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request to match your schedule, and luggage can always be stored safely with us.

Our secure underground garage has direct access to the lobby, with e-chargers for electric cars. If you’re arriving by plane or train, our private driver will meet you and bring you directly to the hotel.
